Dear Hannah...

Asthma is often present in people who have emotional problems that they

can't deal with. Sometimes , people say, they are tears cried inside.

I can't make you eat or live ,but have lost a 15 year old child and

don't want you to die.Your problems are deep and serious, I just hope

you can find something to hang unto for all the wonderful things

medicine can do, they can't make you live, if you don't want to. Asthma

robs the body of so much energy and if it does not have good fuel it's

just that much harder.

I am sorry if that sounds judgmental, I am not trying to be, got a

feeling that no one is harder on yourself than you are already.

My prayers and good thoughts are with you, may you find peace with

yourself and something to look forward to, some hope on the horizon for

you.to keep on going.

Write me privately, any time you want to , vent, rant and rage, it's

fine with me.:)

A big hug,

C-M

Hi Hannah!

As far as I understood now a days I dont see somuch connection

between Asthma and Emotional problems (Though CM dont agree with me)

unless otherwise you start smoking!?!?!??!?!?what do you do for clinical

depression? how worst it is?I mean is it very mild or is it very severe?

do you take any antidepressants? anorexia is a eating

disorder I think.I think its partly related to persons low selfimage

and partly even due to hereditary.whatever may be the origin,it can be

treated with councelling, the funny thing about solving a problem is

that its really you dont need to know the exact cause or origin of

the problem to solve it,isnt it?perhaps, even depression can be handled

by counselling though people talk of serotonin stuffs so much.

coming to asthma, well there are lots of medicine available these day.

take a preventer daily.are you taking any medicine for Asthma?

you can try ICS like advair, singulair etc, etc.Infact my asthma

is also not in control now sine I have reduced my advair dose and

it causes such a terrible problem, oops, not able to breath from

morning, well, asthma can be managed if you take medicine regularly

otherwise its sure that life is a hell.If you want you can write to

me also, infact I have also got a anxiety disorder and I am working on

that area too,so much has to be done for to challenge those

thoughts which gives us problem.be well and now I am going to

take my recue inhaler!oops,my lungs dont like air, terribly funny though

its reality,isnt it!?!??!

Many Greetings,

Senthil Kumar.S.
