Guest guest
Buddy, I have considered trying Vitargo, but it was really expensive. It's kind of like the same thing I'm already piecing together with the carb powder and the whey isolate - although Vitargo might have whey hydrolisate instead of isolate, which would give you quicker absorption. Apparently it is creatine mixed with an additive that causes an insulin release in order to more effectively carry the creatine into the tissues. Has anyone else used this product? Also, forgive me if this was brought up recently, but I haven't been reading all of the threads lately.
