Buddy,

I have considered trying Vitargo, but it was really expensive. It's kind of

like the same thing I'm already piecing together with the carb powder and the

whey isolate - although Vitargo might have whey hydrolisate instead of isolate,

which would give you quicker absorption.

Have you looked into Vitargo? I never used it, but a friend

introduced it to me lately. Apparently it is creatine mixed with an

additive that causes an insulin release in order to more effectively

carry the creatine into the tissues.

Has anyone else used this product?

Also, forgive me if this was brought up recently, but I haven't been

reading all of the threads lately.
