Fantastic post and website

I know when my doctors did Vit D levels they did b12 at same time. My B12 came

in just a tad above the deficiency levels but I was low in D...however not

enough to warrant prescription .. I was told to take D3 2000IU daily. However

since I also went Vegan right after blood tests were done I spoke to pharmacist

and she suggested that I also begin taking B12 since not taking any foods that

have it except on occassion when I add the yeast.
