You could ask for a supervisor when you call on Monday and tell them just how much trouble you have had. Maybe they will ship it out and not charge you the extra shipping fee since they messed up. If you can't get any satisfaction there, cancel your order and use the web site. I ordered a tape from there recently and had it within a week at the regular shipping price. If you do have to go this route..make sure to write to them and tell them all the problems you have had. Did you have any snow when you got to your Aunt's house? -who wonders if knows just how screwed up things are there. His infomercial hasn't even aired that many times, it will be a real mess when it starts getting more air time, and people just starting Tae-Bo won't put up with the hassel if they can't get what they ordered. I think part of this problem is alot of new products and prices coming out with the new infocommercial just as Y2K kicked in and contracting a bunch of folks to deal with the product who don't understand the product. If you check the website, in many places the old prices are still there and haven't been changed although when ordering, the new prices appear. Also you can only start automatic deliveries up to the #5 series as though the 6's don't exist yet. They really need to be much more on top of updating the website for such a multimillion dollar business. Imagine the confusion greeting the new customers and how much potential business they are tossing away. I also think the new tape set should be hitting the retail stores eventually as the original set did, once the production can exceed the demand. When you ordered the set by phone, did you use the infocommercial number or the same phone number you have used for other older TB orders? Maybe you will have more luck with the infocommercial number cuz it is answered by another type of switchboard, though even more ignorant about TB products, maybe, they will at least enter your order for you more efficiently. You can always send back your extra orders if they eventually deliver. Guest guest
, I don't blame you at all. My friend Michele went through the same problem. She ordered on the 5th, called to check on the 10th, and they said they shipped it on the 8th. On the 17th, she still had not received it. She called and spoke to a supervisor named Miss . She demanded overnight shipping. Well the next day, she got a shipment of the old 4 pack. So she called Miss again, and they said they would ship out that day. Well it took 2 days, but she finally got it. They should have had it in the system and shipped out to you already. Call and demand that they ship it out overnight to you. After all, you are the star, you should be getting it free. By the way, you can see my head behind TQ on the back of the new Basic box. You look great in both the Advanced and Basic. We should not have to go through all this frustration. Whenever you place an order, make sure to get a confirmation order. I had called to get a broken tape replaced at end of December, they said that they would rush deliver it at no charge. Well 2 weeks later, no tape. So I called back, and they had a record that I had called to get subscription rate changed, but no tape replacement, so they gave me a confirmation #, and I got it the next week. Call and demand what is right. They should not even charge you the rush delivery fee. I mean what am I paying the extra $10 for priority shipping which says I'll have the tapes in 5-7 days...when my order isn't even in the system after 5 days? I'm going to call tomorrow and see if they have any record of the order, if they don't I'm going to tell them they better overnight the tapes to me! What gets me is even if you have the confirmation order, they still can't pull up your records with that number. When I asked the girl if she wanted my confirmation number she said that doesn't help her pull up the order, it only shows that an order has been placed. That doesn't make any sense! Oh well...I'll just wait and see what they say tomorrow.

I learned the lesson about the confirmation number the hard way, but I definitely get one now every time I talk to someone. I also learned the lesson about having them do more than one thing at a time...it seems only part of what I want gets done, like what happened to you. I'm going to call tomorrow and see what they say. Hopefully, I'll be able to get this worked out without causing any more problems to my subscription. Maybe I'll just order them with my aunt's credit card and in her name (pretend I am her) and see if that helps.

When I ordered the tapes for my aunt I used her name and address as the person to be shipped to and my name and address as the person to be billed. Maybe that's creating some sort of problem? If so, I think they would have e-mailed me, but of course, now I'm not there so I don't know if that's the case. Either way, there should be some record of my order in the system. But, you may be right about the new live 4 pack just being in demand and they just may not be able to keep up with it right now. So, I'll call on Monday and see what they say. If it's not in the system, I'm going talk to a supervisor (again) and tell them what's going on and that I want the tapes overnighted to me at their expense!
