I'm in need of assitance regarding physicians' that performs or uses

this facial filler. I am also trying to locate a physician in the

bay area (San Francisco or the East Bay) that has experience or

expertise with facial filler as well.

As for the letter that is required from a physician that is sent to

Dermik, could this letter come from my current physician that is

treating me or should it come from a specialist, i.e., dermatologist

or plastic surgeons?

Just as an FYI, I am aware of the " patient assistance program " and

have requested that they forward the necessary form to my attention,

which I should be receiving within 7-10 working days.
