Click on your username next to one of your posts.

If you go to Google and type in your username it provides the information you provide in your profile.

If you don't want your real name and your residence etc shown on Google, change these items in your Yahoo! profile to blank or something fictitious.

When you are viewing your profile, click on "Edit Profile Information"

You can also create a seperate username and associated blank profile to post on this board if you want to remain anonymous.

There's nothing you can do about the fact that Google indexes all posts, unless or Yahoo! can prevent that - which I doubt.

If you choose a user name like HillaryClinton, Google becomes nearly useless for searching your posts since they are mixed in with endless pages containing information or posts about another person by that name.>> Hi ,> > I was bothered today when a friend called me and had googled my name> and every post I have made on here came up with my full name.
