Like the heroes of yesteryears dying to make a comeback on the silverscreen,I am itching to set foot on that rough carpetted stage of MGIMS once again and take home the first prize as the best character actor in a supporting role,don't mind even if it's a grandpa's role of a young college girl Prabha. Rough carpet se mujhe yaad aya,it was the annual gathering of maybe 87/88,when I was the magazine secretary. We had invited a top lawyer from Wardha to unveil our college magazine along with Badi behenji and other dignitaries. When this chief guest walked up on the stage,he apparently tripped over those 'Dari',spread on the dias and I just managed to hold him up back in time other wise,I am sure he would have been very angry and instead of unveiling would have tore our magazine to pieces.
