Are you not sleeping well?; are you feeling depressed or sad?; are you not eating enough protein and too much sugar?; are you taking a medication that makes you tired? is yoru thyroid not working well?; is your viral load high?; are you dehydrated?' etc I have to take Ambien to sleep. I take naps 2-3 times a week. I love coffee, unfortunately. I also take Provigyl when I have a lot to do and my body does not want to cooperate. I keep my total testosterone above 500 nanograms per deciliter since that is the level that works for me best (the bottom limit of normal range can be a slow as 250). I get my thyroid tested twice a year. I take a Optipak vitamin packet twice a day with food. I work out to increase my energy, eventhough I do not feel like working out most of the time. Fighting fatigue is a full time job for many of us. I really believe that your stamina is the basis of your quality of life, and you have to safeguard it as well as you can. If I am tired for more than two days in a row, I tend to get " blue " and lose motivation to do much of what I like, including calling people back or even answering emails. Fatigue can isolate you and rob you of your life! Good luck. I hope you find the cause and take care of it soon. Quote
