I would suggest you look at the site www.pecanbread.com and there's also a very active yahoo group for them. They're US based but there are lots of people from elsewhere on the group. The site is basically dedicated to children with autism doing SCD and there is a wealth of information on there about how to do the diet / recipes / suppliers etc. Feel free to email me about anything else to do with the diet that you want to know - not as experienced as the other poster but very happy to try and help!
