Guest guest
I had a good breathing day on my Birthday too! We will have to see if anyone else is fine on their birthdays.LOL and Dear Minister K., We are all trying to find relief in other ways than steroids etc. for our asthma. I am trying diet changes, vitamins and such. Sorry to say, it takes awhile to decide if these changes work. And... will they work for others. It is a long road.Being patient is hard for all of us. Sincerely, Anastasia

Guest guest
That's wonderful Anastasia. You know they say that moods do affect asthma somewhat so it is something to be mindful of. I also agree with what you said to Minister K. Right now, corticosteroids is the most proven in long term studies to be effective in treating asthma. Of course, we are all looking at better ways of treating our lung condition, but it takes time to figure out what works. There are some vitamins that are proven to help asthma condition and lessen the amount of corticosteroids and other asthma medication, but it appears to me there is no one magic pill. Everything works in conjunction. Angie > I had a good breathing day on my Birthday too!
