I think quar is an ICS.accoring to the datas available ICS has got very very low or neglible systemic effects compare to oral steroids.so you can take it.I have never used quar.but I think it ICS,one of my friend told its ICS! > I run 3 times a week without getting asthma. The medication keeps your airways in better condition - it's a preventer not a cure.
