medicaid cutting OT hours?

Yes, Medicaid is proposing to cut the hours to 5 hours per month from 10. Maybe this stems from the fact that in some cases, some OTs were seeing kids twice a week, when it should have been only once, but it's terrible for the ones that truly do need twice weekly.
