Just checked the emails today - I agree re setting 1-2 saturdays adn asking people which one they can make. My suggestion will be last weekend of October and last weekend of November- gives people time to swap if on-call. I am happy to travel to any part of teh UK so go ahead and suggest soem places. I shall pass on teh get together details once I come back to UK next week.
