We have added information in the sections that deals with " prospective students " ; " about Sevagram " ; and " Journal of MGIMS " . The latest annual report of the MGIMS(in PDF) has been uploaded: you'd find the link on the homepage. This report (2003-04) contains information on four activities of the isntitute : education, research, healthcare and community services. A page that tells what Kasturba health society is all about has been added. " News and events " tells you about the shape of the things to come. Please go through the faculty list: you would find several familiar names still teaching at the MGIMS; you would also find that several alumni are serving the institue as head of the departments. The list of investigations performed at the institute has been revised. Bibliophilics would love to browse through the list of all journals ( 216 of them) currently available in our library. Publications of the institue have been listed: today we shall upload complete database of the publications to enable you to search the publcitions- by name, department, and year. We are developing profiles of MGIMS faculty and hope to upload them in a day or two. Hidden within the website, is our own creation : the medicine department website. We decided to merge our wesite with that of institute. But we promise to update it periodically.You will find a lot of info about the medicine department . Please visit it by clicking Education link on the homepage , and then department, medicine. We are glad that several alumni have registered themselves. Many have started sending their updated profiles and addresses. we are aware athat about 20% alumni are missing in our address list and shall appreciate it if you wcould encourage others to send their addresses to us. Rajnish Joshi (1992) and I look forward to your comments. Rajnish seems to be completely obsessed with the website as of now: he is breathing sleeping and dreaming the website!
