Guest guest
Matt, I am also on a COPD list and many people there have asthma and COPD, most of them are doing well with Spiriva. My guess is that for people who just have asthma it might not work well, but for people who also have COPD it can do some good. None talked about getting an attack from using it. Guest guest
I have been on *Spiriva* since April and it has really helped me! I rarely use my rescue inhaler (combivent). When I get a respiratory infection, I go right to the nebulizer but continue the Spiriva. The Spiriva has helped to control my asthma.
