Hi,

Infact I try to learn Buteyko but here in India there

is no practitioner.I tried to learn from net and one of

my friend (Alonso) was helping me those days.well,

I was not able to understand shallow breathing fully and

my friend got soooooooo much angry due to some reason

and stopped communicating me.It seems that nobody

has power to stay with me.Senthil, the great, lol!

well,I have suggested to you people simply because

you can find a practitioner there.no exercise last week

and I have smoked 13 cigarettes in the last five days.

Senthil, the idiot!

Many Greetings,

Senthil Kumar.S.
