Yes it's listed under some photos I posted, but there are two boiled

salads there. At any rate, the first one is just blanched mustard

greens, broccoli, and red radishes (that's it!). The second one is a

variety of veges that you can maybe pick out from the photo (cant see

it right now...) and it has an apple juice and brown rice vinegar

dressing -- maybe topped with parsley? Very simple. Since my

teachers made it for the dinner during our seminar, I don't have any

hard copy recipe written down, but as a suggestion, look at the cuts

used for the veggies and the types of the veggies pictured, just

blanch them, and add dressing to taste. If you want more specific

details, just let me know.
