Guest guest Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 if things are in veggie caps they usually say so on the pack as it is a selling point plus. there are some exceptions but you can usually trust this with major companies - though always a good idea to check veggie caps break down easier so the stuff in there is more bioavailable. This is good abosption wise. some things do not stay stbale in veggie caps so some things cant be put in them. I like to open capsules if at all possible - esp herb capsules as the taste is part of the therapy. herb tablets are usually heated to very high temperatures and are not as active biologically mostly with some exceptions. Guest guest Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 I understood what you were saying. What I said was those typed up ones not printed like the major companies but some Oriental Medicine catering to acupuncturist and the like usually do not say even if they are. It's a guessing game. Some of the regular ones I found were rice or something and didn't mention it. No idea why. Enema suggested saying that the dark circles under my eyes were b/c I'm clogged up and if I get all the old stuff out it could make it better. Didn't do it............. yik Reg > > > I found those typed up label ones don't always say if they are or > > not. Found it best to check.
