That's so great! If you have any related problems, I have

some more meditation/relaxation techniques I can pass on to you.

I had the insomnia " brain-turning-off " problem all the way

from my teens to my early 20s, until I learned some techniques on my

own that curtailed it.

The medication-related insomnia I had was a totally different

story. But, as I said before, as long as I talke everything

before noon, I am seemingly able to go to bed by one a.m. and get up

at nine. I hope it stays that way.

starting with my feet and it worked both nights when I woke
