I had the insomnia " brain-turning-off " problem all the way from my teens to my early 20s, until I learned some techniques on my own that curtailed it. The medication-related insomnia I had was a totally different story. But, as I said before, as long as I talke everything before noon, I am seemingly able to go to bed by one a.m. and get up at nine.
