Guest guest
>, Dilantin does cause constipation The poop is flowing liberally at the moment, so right now that might not be a bad direction to be going! Thanks for the warning . I think it is has to do with the new formula feeds that Hannah has been put on while in hospital. This latest one is supposed to have extra fibe and they hoped to bulk up the stools a bit. Yet to see that happen. >finger stick done & a trough level done & see some corelation at which level >she starts to seize Can you tell me what trough level means. I'v seen you mention this but nobody has ever used the expression with me when it comes to blood tests. I am guessing that it is the lowest level of the drug that has an effect on the seizures??? I'll be glad if they can do a finger stick for dilantin as her blood vessels are becoming so hard to find after all the prodding she's had this year. Thanks for your helpful comments. I will be leaning on your dilantin advice in the future I am sure. cheers
