Guest guest
Hello Everyone, Well, we just got back from the ped. (not our usual one but a fill in). has had a bad cold for a few days and this morning he was turning blue around the mouth so i took him in. We ended up getting a neb there and leaving with scripts for Albuterol, Prednisone, Zythromax (the five day antibiotic), and Adavant (sp) to go along with the Intal he is on. They didn't do a chest xray or anything to see if he had pneumonia...isn't that strange, or can they tell if a child has it just by listenening to them? The doctor basically said that the cold is just messing with his RAD (asthma) and sent us on our way. She intended to admit us if he didn't clear up with the neb they gave him though. Anyhow, I better get...he is being quiet!!
