Thank you for the info and pics etc. My physiotherapist has

shown me all that good stuff and even gave us videos on techniques

etc. It's so heartbreaking cause he gets so upset and cries and it

makes me cry while doing it. He's not getting hurt, he just hates

the pulling/stretching and prodding! A lot of the usual stretches

they teach are pretty much what my hubby and I already do on a

regular basis so he's used to a lot of them, especially in the arms

and held on our knees facing us etc. So in one way, we were helping

him along without even knowing it until she told us the positions.
