Oh no, I realize they're going to be super HARD! I preordered them ages ago. The previews look positively wicked.

YAY!!!!

Who all ordered these workouts? I think the low impact will surprise us because I think we're thinking " low impact " will be not as hard. I'm thinking we're going to be wishing for jumps lol.
