" tee heeVennitta Oh, that is one of my favorite workouts! Hilarious pic! Today was an unplanned rest day. I got back from the haunted house and was in bed around midnight last nightand crashed - no nightmares I slept in til around 9:30 or so and had breakfast. Seriously at 12:30 I was nodding off and took a catnap, complete with cats, and didn't get up til around 5 something? It's 9:15 pm and I'm sleepy - AGAIN! Sometimes the body really does need time to recuperate and repair. It's important to not overtrain and take 2 rest days per week, and I think this was my body's way of saying " Slow down! 2+ hours a day of working out is enough! " That said, upper body has some nice DOMS going, especially in my lats. Yes Carolyn my upper body / neck related pain is exactly as you described and Dr. No did put the rib back in place but I've seemed to dislodged it again, it's how I sleep, I'm sure of it. It feels slightly better today. I hope your pain goes away soon!!! Tomorrow evening I go to the gym with Fatal Attraction for shoulders, abs, and swimming. I can't wait!
