This evening I tried out my new yoga DVD Spirit Of Vinyasa Flow. On this DVD there are 3 workouts. One is 39 minutes, the second is 71 minutes and the last is like 70 minutes. I didn't really feel like a 40 minute routine and surely didn't want the 70 minutes so I just started with the 70 minutes and did it for the first 20 minutes. This DVD isn't chaptered so it makes it hard to go from one point to another. I liked what I did do. Though some of it seemed to not really flow together. I can't really explain it, but it was like there wasn't a set routine to it...she just did a bunch of poses. Maybe I just wasn't into it. DH and I are arguing and I'm not thrilled with right now, so it makes any workout feel not fun.

It seems like everything has went wrong today. I'll be glad when the day is done and I'm resting my head on my pillow.
