High Step Training Upper Body Premix

Did the w/u and c/d and the premix today. Very good stuff except the stretch definitely favored lower body without much for upper and it moved fast from exercise to exercise so I had to pause it a lot to write down weights or grab the right ones. I did some stretching after on my own. I want to do the whole workout again soon too. I'm off in a few minutes to chaperone at 5th grade camp with Miriam. She's staying there tonight and Tuesday, coming home Wednesday late morning. I'm helping out all day today so I'm sure to get more exercise in just hiking through the woods from one activity to another.
