Guest guest Posted October 24, 2011 Report Share Posted October 24, 2011 I worked out today because I had to take yesterday off. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. My workout program isn't working now due to other computer problems, so that threw me for a loop (I pick from there what I'm going to do). So, I just decided to try the other premix off Sharon's workout Zero to 60. I liked it fine. I was surprised to find out that the heavy weights were 5lbs. I used 8's at first, and decided that was too much, and went to 5's myself. It seemed a tad repetitious, and I had other things on my mind, so the workout wasn't great, but I managed fine. In the end, I burned 446 calories with my average at 131. I shut my HRM off at 42 minutes.
