The waldon program at emory is similar to what you are talking about.

Loovas has also opened an ABA clinic somewhere in Atlanta. Good luck.

relocating to atlanta with a 4 year old

autisic son

hello,

my name is darlene and i am relocating with my family from

massachusetts to atlanta. my son a high functioning autsic child who

is currently enrolled in a full day inclusion setting preschool. he

is in a classroom with intergrated special needs and model children

in the morning. in the afternoon he has one-on one aba instruction,

speech and ot.

i was wondering if i could find something simliar here in ga. the

autism resource center would not recommed anything to me, and

suggested talking to parents.

we were looking into the areas of north fulton (roswell area) and

dekalb county (near emory university)or fayette county (peachtree

city, tyrone.

any information would help. we would be moving over the summer.

thanks

darlene

---I believe that Woodland Elementary in Sandy Springs (Fulton Co.)

has an integrated preschool class with both kids with special needs

and typical kids in the classroom.
