Kimry--Thanks for the suggestion. I looked up that very letter last week

and it's going to be a BIG help. Also, the lady who did my son's cast

yesterday handed me a packet of letters and all the articles from CT's

website (which I hadn't been able to download). I think we can make a

successful appeal now. Wendi
