But that should give you an ideal of what his name is. If I remember what I was told about Sherman I'll post, but I am suffering majorally now from CRS. Do they only see people with thyroid cancer? Guest guest Posted November 4, 2004 Report Share Posted November 4, 2004 I have thought about trying to get a referral to him and still may. I do not know if he sees patients outside the MD system. If only inside then I will need to have my PCP refer me to him. You can self-refer to MD , but they will then assign you a doc. If your PCP or other doc refers you then they can request a particular doc. If the nodule is still growing at next scan Dec/Jan, I will ask for a referral to him.
