You can cut your Armour into quarters. Only two weeks on this dose of 3

grains, and then upping another half grain is too much too soon. Remember,

the T4 from THIS dose increase won't come into being for another 4 wks or

so, not completely til then. You're going to add another 30 mgs to that,

when this dose hasn't " struck home " yet. You still need test results at the

end of another 4 wks, to at least partially use as a guide, before going up

again.

My only comment is that from my own experience that I needed to wait

4 weeks before I went from 3-1/2 grains to 4 and then 4-1/2. I

really crashed myself (adrenals) and it took almost two months to

recover. I had to go back down to 3-1/2. Once you get to the higher

doses, you need to slow down on time between increases or you can

overshoot and go to much too high.

I could only tolerate 1/4 grain raises and so broke up the 3 grain

pills into 4.
