Guest guest
Yea good idea to cut the pill in half. 's link showed 5000mcg so I did a little search and found they have the 1000 one for less than half the price. It's sweetened with xylitol. > > > > > > > > > > For those of you looking for a B12 supplement, Jarrow seems to > > > > have a pretty > > > > > good one. Guest guest
Hi Reggie, Well that is an interesting idea to make this B12 available. I had thought about making a few other things too like natural calm magnesium. For now it seems that you can get some pretty good deals on this Jarrow formula online. Guest guest
My doctor recommended that I take 500 to 1000 mg (that's 5000 to 10,000 mcg) per day for this reason. I'm getting my level checked again in a couple of months so I can see if it's working. > > > > > > For those of you looking for a B12 supplement, Jarrow seems to > > have a pretty > > > good one. Guest guest
Let us know how it goes. As far as I know that's one area I'm not having problems. It's always better to be safe right?
