of the 5000 since it was so much less expensive.

recommended amount per day is so little...

some people take 1/2 a tablet

that brand looks good and the methyl form is supposedly better absorbed

- you cant buy that in australia

Yea good idea to cut the pill in half. 's link showed 5000mcg

so I did a little search and found they have the 1000 one for less

than half the price. It's sweetened with xylitol.

Well that is an interesting idea to make

this B12 available. I had thought about making a few other things too like natural

calm magnesium. For now it seems that you can get some pretty good deals on

My doctor recommended that I take 500 to 1000 mg (that's 5000 to

10,000 mcg) per day for this reason. I'm getting my level checked

again in a couple of months so I can see if it's working.
