How Location Selected: I looked for an area where i thought i might want to live, and where there was a need for a doctor. i also thought if my practice failed, that the failure would be relatively small financially. unfortunately, i didn't factor in that the area is

culturally and socially isolated, and that i would be commuting, still. hope that's helpful. LL
