Scansnap and Amazing Charts compatibilty

i've not needed to search for a twain driver for the snapscan. are you not using pdf format? i scan/convert to pdf using the included adobe acrobat, then put the pdf into the patient's folder. whatever i've scanned can be attached to the patient's chart in AC, but i've only done that for a few charts, only because i'm busy with other stuff, but they should be fully attach-able. sounds like you are having difficulty with controlling the snapscan with AC. the scanner controller in AC lists pdf as an available format. does it recognize the snapscan? i'm at home, so i can't see if it will work right now. if not, try scanning to individual files, or into folders, and then attaching either one. hope that's helpful.
