I think I missed something. What is it? Does it deal with school issues?

Does anyone know about the 509 plan? We have not had a prob;em with school

so far. But with going into the 6th grade GATE program (the teacher is

known for the amount of work given!) and trailing off (he is having a hard

time with fatigue) I think I need to be prepared. I also will be meeting

with the teacher to discuss the work load.

So if this dealt with school issues Im interested could you repost it.

I was reading your message about school issues and what we were talking

about is the 504 plan. It is a federal program for students with medical

issues. It is like an IEP (individualized program) but it is a form filled

out that tells about your Childs need. If they need extra time for work

etc.. The reason I am writing you is I found it interesting that my

daughter in going into the 6th grade GATE program also. Where do you
