Hmmm--this hasn't happened to me yet, but I alternate between soap and

baking soda.

yes I remember you saying you used baking soda in the am and afternoon.

I need to try this. Is baking soda a mild abrasive?

Yes, it is abrasive, but not overly so, IMO--my dentist couldn't believe how

awesome my teeth looked (I hadn't been to the dentist in 3 years...) so I

don't think it's damaging the enamel.

---> No I don't think it is. What I'm wondering is if the soap is

doing it's job well but the enamel on our teeth might just be soft

enough to cause stains. The mild abrasive just pulls off that.

Anything else your doing to help them along like rinses?

No rinses at present, but saltwater with a drop of tea tree would be good.

I do floss from time to time too.
