What difference would it make whether you used a stoneware pan or stainless

steel pan for making any of the crispy nuts in the NT book?

Hi Sara

We have crispy nuts of all kinds including almonds at Pure Market Express. Let

me know how much you are looking for and if you'd like them delivered. ;o)

Crispy almonds

Is there any way we can still buy crispy almonds? My family and I have been

craving them for awhile and I want to know if there is any way we can still

purchase them? Warm regards, Sara

Hi

We get California almonds, no sprays used. We soak for a minimum of 24

hours with at least one rinse in that time. Seasoned with Celtic sea salt

and dried at 118 degrees or less.

Hope that helps.
