In answer to you cravings: see below what you partially sent. I left part of it

hoping that this particular part of your message would not be deleted by CF

Alliance. I personally think we need to leave part of the message so people will

know what we are answering just in case they missed your posting. Just my

opinion! I have dry mouth from Fibromyalgia & some of my medications. I have

never tried the celery thing for dry mouth, but I don't see where any harm can

be done. You're cutting them up & eating them like candy, so I would say you're

doing something that is a whole better than eating CANDY!! Really, I have never

heard of this, but I think I might try it. I love celery.

Love ya,

Lynn

P.S. Since I am having to use Outlook Express instead of my Windows Office XP I

do not know whether I have your e-mail address or not. I have been trying to

write addresses down when I can. Outlook Express will not let me see your

address. Anyway, if you would like I would be glad for you to send me your

address direct.

Thanks! Hi everyone...constantly eating celery...I cut it into 4 in pieces and

put it in water.. it keeps it hydrated. then when I want to eat some, I cut

those length into 1/2 in. chunks. eat them like candy.

Hello again, Connie! My B/P is usually about 124/70, and that's

excellent. 66 is only 4 pts. away, very similar to mine. If it was too

low, you would be getting dizzy when you first stand up--hypotension.

Yes, I crave foods, it's ice cream and fruit now. My appetite has

gotten really strange. When I first had my bad flare, I just wasn't

interested in food, nothing sounded good. I finally decided that graham

crackers and chocolate chips sounded good, so I ate that, and not much

else. I just can't get interested in regular food anymore--the fact that

it has to be cooked and fussed with could have a lot to do with that.

Except pancake mix is easy, I was on a pancake and fruit kick for awhile.

It's almost like if I figure out something that appeals to me, I stick

with it, so I won't have to try and figure out anything else that sounds

good.

Wishing You Well, Betty K.

quiet voice at the end of the day saying,

'I will try again tomorrow'. "
