i like the way you've broken it down, gary. if there are more than the allowable #'s' of parameters in any field set, we can always make subsets, either of the particular field set, or of a particular parameter within the field set. that way, we have essentially unlimited #'s of parameters (not that we need that, but rather have expandability). i will add that for those who have listed their practice inventory data, i can better see where you're coming from, and put your comments in context with your experience and situation, and how yours and mine relate. i feel i know those of you better, and it's a good feeling. one significant disadvantage of the internet is that when talking with someone whom we've never met, we miss out on all the rest of the human interaction, the ability to look someone in the
