Guest guest Posted July 26, 2001 Report Share Posted July 26, 2001 I actually eat slightly more protein than body weight (about 200 grams per day, weight 175 lbs, about 147 lbs lean mass). The main reason is that I want to consume around 2000 - 2100 calories a day and try to keep my fat around 10% of the total. Running all the numbers and trying to keep meals about 50% carbs and 50% protein lands you at 200 grams protein. Joe > > What is everyone else doing here?
