Confused

I trust that answers to this post will clarify something I am very confused

about. My KT does not brew with fizz. I have read often about brews that do

have fizz. Fizz as I understand it is produced by yeast. Recent posts have

stressed the importance of having bacteria and yeast in balance. If there is

enough yeast in a brew to produce fizz, isn't that a problem regarding the

bacteria/yeast balance??
