Hello Colleagues,

I'll be doing a TV interview in a few weeks that will focus on IBD (and possibly IBS) treatment options.

I will be speaking about a Naturopathic approach, and emphasizing the holistic nature of our approach and that we work safely & effectively in conjunction with other conventional therapies.

I'm trying to gather some key points, and will include:  TCM/acupuncture, herbs, fish oils, probiotics, diets & fibre, hydrotherapy, biotherapeutic drainage and lifestyle counseling/relaxation/stress mgt tools.

I also want to differentiate btwn Crohn's, Colitis & IBS.

I'm wondering if any of you could pass on any gems you've gleaned through clinical practice.  Things you thought would/should work that didn't & vice versa, " go-to "  treatment components that have the highest efficacy for your patients.  While I do treat a lot of digestive disorders, I'm one practitioner with 5 years experience.  I'm hoping to capitolize on all of your experience as well.  Any gems/suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

Yours in health,
