~~~I'm new to the group too, but I guess I can still say 'Welcome'. :-)
I'm delighted to hear your news, because I've been diagnosed with osteopenia too and am trying the very same things that have helped you, so it gives me encouragement!
Thanks for posting that!
Oh, by the way, I've been taking cod liver oil all along, so I doubt that's what helped, because mine has only gotten worse. It's probably the dairy products and bone broths, I would imagine. (Not to say CLO isn't very important for other things, however!)
Hi Ellen, We're prctically neighbors. I live in Middleburg and I
travel that hour every week to Winchester to get my milk. Soon,
though my husband and I will have a place so that I can have my own
animals and a garden too. Welcome aboard!
I have just been approved to this very " exclusive " group! I am honored!
I am delighted to see you on this list, Ellen! We meet again! I now feel right
at home. I
wish I lived by you so I could taste your homemade butter - any tips for making
it? I have
yet to follow Sally's recipe in Nourishing Traditions.
