Guest guest
I followed the instructions on their website which was to wet the herb first with cool water, just enough to get it wet. Then later add the hot water just a little and let it steep when thats been sucked up, keep adding water.. It doesn't seem to matter how much water I use, its always very very bitter. The cinnamon, cloves and stevia simply make it tolerable, but Id never say that I actually Liked the stuff. and actually since i started the OACV, Kefir and Kombucha I really don't need it any more.
