Hi Alvin,

First off, I love your eggs. I want to learn more. Can you give me

a basic education in egg shelf life?

Then will you let me know the age difference between the eggs your

offer for sale at TFMN--ie in store and in back and the sale right now?

I have been buying your eggs in backroom and in the store, if fact I

just bought 3 dozen today at your regular price from backroom, curious

what the shelf life is of these eggs.
