Guest guest
I Don't know about the fat part, but an interesting aside is that honey has also been used to treat cataract. It is important that the honey is not crystallized because the eye can be scratched. I've used it in my eyes for other things, and prefer raw honey as it contains enzymes which are destroyed in heating. One of them produces hydrogen peroxide. Raw honey is more sterile and keeps longer than cooked honey- the bees know what they are doing. It stings pretty good for a short time. There may be the possibility of allergic reaction, so proceed cautiously. If anyone is very interested, I could provide a little more information if you contact me back channel.
