I Don't know about the fat part, but an interesting aside is that honey

has also been used to treat cataract. It is important that the honey

is not crystallized because the eye can be scratched. I've used it in

my eyes for other things, and prefer raw honey as it contains enzymes

which are destroyed in heating. One of them produces hydrogen

peroxide. Raw honey is more sterile and keeps longer than cooked

honey- the bees know what they are doing. It stings pretty good for a

short time. There may be the possibility of allergic reaction, so

proceed cautiously. If anyone is very interested, I could provide a

little more information if you contact me back channel.

will try the honey...am doing flaxseed as of yesterday...would you know who sent

in that info? i would like some more information on

how often this person whose cataracts were healed used it and how long it

took...thanks! ariella

If all else fails, you can make a dynamite salad dressing with the flax oil,

honey, a little raw apple cider vinegar, and some herbs. Yummm!

could you ask steve F my question? about how long it took to heal the

cataracts?

also, i want to try the honey...i guess you just put some on your finger and put
