I know there IS such a thing as sorghum syrup and I sure would like to get some, but it wouldn't make good bread sticks. I buy the flour in 25 lbs buckets from www.twinvalleymills.com. BTW the bread loaf came out ok, but still not light and fluffy. I think with some baking powder added it might have been. Or let it rise longer. It wasn't crumbly though. Well, since I bought a whole bunch of sorghum flour yesterday (guess who gets the credit for that?) ... :-D I was way more interested in the breadsticks anyway ...
