Guest guest Posted February 25, 2004 Report Share Posted February 25, 2004 Recipe from another list ... sounds like one you folks would like. ----------------------------- 1 cup plain kefir, butter milk, or yogurt 1 cup mayonnaise 1 clove minced garlic 2 green onions chopped 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh ginger salt to taste your choice of sweetener to taste Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. It helps if you use a less-sour kefir (depending on your taste). Used kefiili, added salt, granulated garlic, crushed garlic, pepper, cayenne, dried onions, green onions ... it was really good. It's neat because I don't like to use bottled dressing so had given up on creamy dressings, but the kefiili coated the salad just like the bottle Ranch stuff does.
